SD1 Minisport with inverted engine

I buy SD1 Minisport, inverted engine B&S SE33I XP 35 HP (complete from Spacek s.r.o.), preparation for ZS, storage space with floor in ZS place, ergonomic leather seat. Split flaperons - separately controlled ailerons and separate flaps - against standard flaperons fast aileron reactions at maximum flaps, lower landing speed by approx. 5-10 km/h. Electronic avionics - speedometer, artificial horizon, motorized MGL, rdst KRT2 narrow, compass, ball. Nice, absolutely trouble-free, comfortable and agile aircraft with superior equipment - LED strobe, landing lights and spotlights integrated into the nose and flaperons (safety - in low visibility range 5 - 10km), large storage space, better designed cabin ventilation, cockpit heater for winter flying, effective forced warm shield defrost against chafing and icing. Performance with pilot 80kg at 20oC - 4.5m/sec climb at 125km/hr and 3200 rpm, max IAS on the horizon 185km/hr at 3,600 rpm, minimum IAS with large flaps 65km/hr, cruise IAS 160-170km/hr at 3100-3300 rpm and fuel consumption 5l/hr, range approx. 1,100km. In service 2/2024, TP until 2/26, 35 hrs flown, 250 takeoffs/landings, hangarized at LKHN all the time. Basically new, flown era, 1 owner(manufacturer). Price 590.000,-CZK. Reason for selling - I have now completed another prototype SD1, but I can only fly and maintain one of them due to time constraints, plus I no longer have space in the hangar.
