SD1 Mini Sport

SD1 Minisport for sale, KOHLER CH742 27HP engine, winterised, lockable storage space in the winterisation area, ergonomic, professionally upholstered seat for very comfortable long-distance flying. Electronic avionics – HORIZON 80 JE Avionics artificial horizon, MGL Blase EMS-2 combined engine, YAESU FTA-450L rdst built into the dashboard. A beautiful, completely trouble-free, comfortable and nimble aircraft with above-standard equipment – LED strobe, LED reflectors integrated into the leading edge (safety – visible at a distance of 5–10 km in reduced visibility), large storage space, powerful heating for winter flying, effective forced warm air blowing on the windscreen to prevent fogging and icing. Replacement of the landing gear pultrusions with a solid carbon leg with disc brakes – problems with landing on asphalt and concrete have been eliminated (the original pultrusions did not hold their direction, twisted and caused the aircraft to veer off course), now the aircraft is completely stable. Almost maintenance-free engine – only regular checks and approx. every 50 hours replacement of 2 litres of oil and oil filter (approx. £1.50) – nothing more! Performance with an 80 kg pilot at 20 °C and approx. 15 litres of petrol – climb rate 2.5-3 m/sec at 125 km/h and 3200 rpm, max. IAS at 170-175 km/h at 3,600 rpm, minimum IAS with large flaps 65 km/h, cruising IAS 140-150 km/h at 3,100-3,300 rpm and consumption 5-6 litres/hour, range approx. 800 km. Put into service in March 2025, TP until March 2028, 80 hours flown, 400 take-offs/landings, hangared at LKHN throughout. Inspection, servicing and check-up carried out in March 2026. Essentially a new, flown-in aircraft, 1 owner (manufacturer). Price CZK 570,000. Reason for sale – I have now completed another SD1 prototype, but due to time constraints I can only fly and maintain one + I no longer have space in the hangar.
