Piper L-4 Airbox

Airbox for sale for a Piper L-4 Grasshopper aeroplane. Original design which protrudes characteristically from the engine cowlings – specific to the military versions L-4H and L-4J. This airbox can be fitted to all four-cylinder Continental engines from the A-65 to the C-90 / O-200, fitted with either Stromberg or Marvel-Schebler carburettors. On request, I can supply an original SB from 1943 for the installation of this type of airbox.
